My Story

I’m a growth marketer, filmmaker, and creative strategist with 10+ years of experience building brands through content.

I’ve worked on campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, $20M+ annual revenue startups, celebrity brands, and growing businesses, but the challenge is usually the same: create something people actually care about, then build a strategy and system that turns that attention into growth.

I’ve built audiences from the ground up, helped grow a YouTube channel from 200K to 1.2M+ subscribers, recruited and managed hundreds of creators, and created content that’s reached millions of people.

My experience spans organic social, UGC, influencer and ambassador programs, growth campaigns, video production, and AI-powered creative workflows.

But I think the biggest reason I’ve been successful is pretty simple: great content needs a great system behind it.

My approach is to build a scalable content engine, create consistently, test a lot, learn what people respond to, then double down on the winners.

I love the big idea and the strategy behind it, but I’m just as comfortable getting my hands dirty and actually making it happen. And lately, I’ve become pretty obsessed with how AI can help us do all of that faster, bigger, and more creatively.

Beyond the Work

Creating Doesn’t Stop at Work

The nice thing about building a career around things I genuinely enjoy is that I usually end up doing them in my free time too. My fiancée and I create lifestyle videos, vlogs, and podcasts for our YouTube channel, Weston & Elexius, documenting everything from everyday life to some of our more questionable ideas, like training for 100-mile ultramarathons.

Beyond the Work

Creating & Experimenting

Outside of client work, I’m usually experimenting with whatever is next in creative technology. I direct and create my own films while exploring tools like Higgsfield, InVideo AI, Claude, and MCP workflows, testing how AI can change filmmaking, content production, and automation. A lot of those experiments eventually find their way into my professional work. When I’m not creating I’m big into health and performance, actively use Function Health, and train for ultramarathons with my fiancée. We also have an American Mastiff, who takes up a significant amount of our house and probably deserves his own section of the website.
